At LAYRS by Leya, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully quality-checked before being dispatched. We take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail and we stand by the quality of our collections.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference. Please ensure all product descriptions, measurements and images are reviewed carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the event that your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us at layrsbyleya@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Conditions

  • All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage after delivery, misuse or alteration will not be eligible.

  • Claims submitted outside of the stated timeframe may not be accepted.
